Residents approve of Hammond plan

Mary D. Hamilton, president of Concerned Residents of Hammond, requested that the document not endorse any individual commercial wind developer in light of fact that Spanish wind developer Iberdrola Renewables withdrew from its leases with landowners this month.

HAMMOND – Feedback was mostly positive at the village and town’s joint-public hearing Wednesday concerning the final draft of the community’s plan.
