I believe and it is my opinion this lawsuit appears to be about intimidation, attempting to shut up the citizens, speaking against wind, voter intimidation and disenfranchisement of voters who might have voted against Gary King's Citizens for Fair Government endorsed wind lease conflicted candidates. Many believe it is a Bp-Marion Trieste-Voter for Wind punishment-scare tactic against the Lyme and Cape communities. The voters for wind after teaming up with the defunct democrats passed a less than honest petition claims and an illegal voter resolution. I believe many of the actions of the British Petroleum-Marion Trieste organized voters for wind have used many other techniques that publicaly caused Cape Vincent and Lyme residents to be concerned about their civil rights. Remember the time voters for wind asked the JCIDA to take away the right of local taxing jurisdiction to vote on PILOTs? When it come time for these characters to prove their claims of loss of the election, loss of business, loss of character and pain and suffering people will be standing in line on state street to testify to their "civic" deeds.
