Kudos to Supervisor Engert and Storandt. I certainly hope the citizenry recognizes what is at stake here and gives broad support for this action. The State Legislature and Andrew Cuomo literally robbed local governments of their home rule rights regarding wind power. I fully support this initiative to challenge the legality of the pre-emption authority given by ART 10.
